 Group Sessions

In a small group environment, of no more than eight participants per instructor, you will learn fundamental techniques to help you become a better rider on a variety of terrain. Each session will begin in a large grassy field, where you will learn the riding positions and skills used to maneuver your bike over on the trail. You will then progress to applying the skills on the trail during a guided ride, where you will continue to receive coaching feedback. See your skills and technique progress and your confidence grow!

 

We are focused on helping you build strong foundational mountain bike skills and helping improve your riding in a safe, positive and encouraging environment that allows you to progress at your own pace.

2021 Summer Schedule

August 17
5-7:30pm

Improve your confidence on the mountain bike trail in a supportive learning environment. You will learn fundamental mountain bike skills including body position, terrain awareness, braking, and more to help you be in control on the trail and begin to conquer small trail obstacles.

August 25
5-7:30pm

Youth will learn basic mountain bike skills to help them safely and confidently ride their bike on beginner singletrack. Including braking, body position, how to safely descend on a mountain bike, and roll over trail obstacles such as roots, rocks and logs.
