In a small group environment, of no more than eight participants per instructor, you will learn fundamental techniques to help you become a better rider on a variety of terrain. Each session will begin in a practice area, where you will learn the riding positions and skills used to maneuver your bike over on the trail. You will then progress to applying the skills on the trail during a guided ride, where you will continue to receive coaching feedback. See your skills and technique progress and your confidence grow!
